Yeah I've seen a couple of his training videos. Rick really seems to know his stuff about boxing, I've learnt some stuff of him myself. Good find!

Also my exprience on boxing coach is that, most coaches marry the certain way they teach but this guy is open minded enough to teach all styles of boxing!!!
