With or Without the belt these two are fighting for those 3 belts IMO, And the winner versus the Khan/Maidana winner is the King at 140.

Does Alexander keep his belt even if he loses?

Kinda like what happened in the Kotelnik fight.

Do away with all the belts already. Fighters should fight for title of Peoples Champion.

You are looking at it wrong. It would have been VERY easy for the IBF to ignore their rules and just take the sanctioning fee for Bradley-Alexander. However, Mabuza knocked out Kendall Holt and earned his shot.

First off, Bradley-Alexander has a rematch clause, and do you think for one second that after those 2 fights, that either guy is going to fight Mabuza? If you do, then you're on crack. Bottom line is that Alexander was stripped of the IBF for not defending it against the #1 contender, and had no intention of ever defending it against the #1 contender. Unless of course you truly believe that if Alexander managed to beat Bradley twice that he would ignore Khan, or other big money fights, and make the defense against Mabuza.

It's just amazing to me that a sanctioning body actually follows the rules for once and they still get blasted for it............

the reason bradley doesnt give a **** about the wbc belt is that he's already been stripped of it once before - he went through the same thing when he signed to fight kendall holt in a unification 2 years ago - he never technically lost the wbc belt. i don't blame him to be honest - the belts are a side issue, the fight is big enough without it.

if Tim wins, itll be for one belt and if Devon wins, itll be for Tims and the WBC belt.

damn first they stripped Devons IBF belt and now WBC is not going to honor the win over Devon with his belt.

                      well Im fine with that....now.
