Do you guys think I should pay to see this fight? I saw the first one(which was an undercard) and it probably was the 2nd best fight Ive ever seen(behind Gatti vs Ward) but I highly doubt the rematch will be as good.

The first fight wasn't an undercard fight. I would say yes that you should definitely pay to see this fight. There is no way that this can be a let down. Both have already stated that they are coming to fight. It may not be as great as the first but it will still be a great fight.
