For me, it would be to beat Katsidis, Brandon Rios/Humberto Soto and maybe go up to 140 and fight Lamont Peterson or Zab Judah. What do you guys think?

He wouldn't have to do all that, he's pretty darn close in my opnion.

JMM is already HOFer, but if he wants an even better resume, he should fight Bradley, Alexander, Maidana, Kotelnik, and Judah at 140 lbs. He should probably stay away from Khan, cause Khan is too big and too fast.

He can fight whoever he wants. He's already a first ballot HOF'er.
