Comments Thread For: Rafael Marquez To Be Out For Six Months, Hairline Fracture

Featherweight Rafael Marquez will be out of action for six months due to the injury he suffered to his right shoulder during Saturday's exciting fight against Puerto Rican southpaw Juan Manuel Lopez, the WBO featherweight. The fight happened at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The injury prevent Marquez from being able to come out for the ninth round. The recovery period will prevent Marquez from fighting Lopez in a possible March rematch.

    Sure Rafael.

And if Hearns didn't broke his hand on Hagler's head, Hearns would have won.

    But he didn't.

    Neither did you.

How about Juanma Lopez vs Elio Rojas in March? Elio Rojas will have probably recovered from the injury by then.

You gotta be a serious ***ing braindead rican if you are gonna call a guy like Marquez who went thru hell and back with Vasquez a quitter. Seriously a legitimate injury and you wanna call one of the most lionhearted fighters of our time a quitter. But this can be expected from a bunch of heartless mental midgets who wouldn't know what courage is if it was fell on their face and wiggled.

Ok then, enough of these bs.

                JuanMa vs JMM at 130.

Be mad, brother. Earn big. Defend the family, give him what he wants, challenging you in front of the mexican media, and right beside your brother. Teach em a lesson.

This is the big money-break you`ve been waiting for, the thing Pacman denied you.

I have serious doubts JMM can make 130 anymore

                    maybe at best 133

and I hope this shuts up at least a few people

it's one thing to speculate the validity of an injury when there is no medical proof

but in Rafa's case there is now hard proof
