They're the ones who drain the **** out of themselves. It's an old trick that if they are coming in way over their healthy limit they are killing themselves to make weight.
Adding on fifteen/twenty pounds in one day is the only definitive sign of a guy who has drained himself dry to make weight. If he wasn't drained, he wouldn't put on much weight afterward and would come in at a healthy, strong solid weight.
Watch guys who stack on tons of weight after their weigh in. They are nearly always weak, slow and sluggish. It is and always has been the classic sign of a guy killing himself for the weight.
