Id lean towards Chambers.

Chambers, by UD easy. Peter is better than Arreola and Chambers got a SD over him, granted it was a grossly out of shape Peter coming off a soul-destroying quittage against ATG Vitaly, but Arreola is out of shape ALL the time and he already had a soul-destroying quittage against ATG Vitaly as well (at least Peter didn't cry like a little girl afterwards).

I'd expect Chambers to embarrass Arreola. Whether he punched hard enough to back Chris off or not is irrelevant, Chambers has the skills to easily counter and move without Arreola ever doing anything besides lumber forward into another counter.
