    Watch the Replay

After the last bell rings.. Marquez was favoring his right arm, he then proceeds to the wrong corner... Here comes the funny part... Tony Weeks grabs Marquez' "damaged arm" and pulls it to direct Marquez to the right corner. Again he pulls it!!! If his arm were at all injured he would have winced or yelled in pain.. Anyway before the ring interview, you can clearly see one of Marquez' cornerman tap his shoulder and Marquez looked in pain!! Lol great acting. Then when Arum gets into the interview Marquez seemed fine... Arum even d****d his arms over both Fighters.. And again Marquez didn't flinch. I wondering if Boxers now a days might be going to the same Acting School. With alumni such as Direll and Can't forget Kirmit Leap Frog Cintron. And the Oscar goes too.........

Its a real shame that Marquez didn't go into the fight 100%. There is no doubt his right arm was injured going in....He was not throwing any right hands at all, throughtout that fight.
He was able to hurt Lopez with just the left hook....that was pretty amazing. I thought for sure Lopez would put him down at least once...the question I had was, would Marquez get back up.
Hopefully there is a rematch soon, between the two.

who ever said that marquez won one round is a ***n dumba$$... That one round where he got deducted a point could of easily been a 10-7 round for marquez...

There was no knock down and the round was not a one sided round either.

Have you ever boxed a round in your life? If not, then STFU!!!

P.S. I am not Mexican but I hate to hear ignorant fools disparage the heart of warriors like Rafael Marquez....

                  Most people here respect Márquez.

But his attitude after the fight was pure BS. He was on a mission to discredit Juanma's win. IF the injury was real, that's also part of the game. He was not willing to fight injured.

He is man enough to fight, but not man enough to admit he lost.

Just like his brother, who will tell anyone he is 2-0 against Pac.

Rafael Márquez won ONE ROUND. ONE ROUND and that's all.
No one ever said that the Marquez brothers weren't sore losers. But quitters, Nah.

Yeah. Lets make that very clear. They are horrible losers but never quitters. They whine a whole lot but it is what it is.

LOL no knockdown, not one sided, yet you wanted to score a knockdown-round?

                      How convenient.
