My opinion on Pac's comment about him being the greatest.

Pacquiao did say what he did on 60 Minutes but he's always joking around, especially lately.

The funny thing is this, Mayweather basically tells himself he's the greatest of all time everyday, even in his sleep and we don't see 1000 threads about him not being humble. Pacquiao now says something, which he was clearly joking in my opinion and there's a thousand threads about him.

Whether it's Pacquiao or Mayweather, they both should be entitled to feel that way.

It's boxing and it's a sport you don't "play". In a sport as dangerous as boxing you should have all the confidence in yourself and your ability. Boxers really can't go around thinking someone else is better or tougher than them, that attitude could prove dangerous.

If Pacquiao or Mayweather actually feel that way than good for them. It's their opinion. I doubt they either of them actually believe it, but if they do I'm not mad at them.

      Both fighters are ATG's.

None of these guys are humble, it just isn't possible. Not when you are getting so much attention, there is so much hype surrounding everything you do and everyone is constantly telling you how great you are.

I think there's a difference between JOKING, BRAGGADOCIO and half-jokes/self-affirmation thing.

Pacquiao paused, responded and laughed. There's a hint of sarcasm in there while there's weight in the way he said it. But I don't feel like it is a braggadocio. In any sports, one must feel invincible inorder to be the champ.

This is what he feels and in this light, I think that he isn't bragging. Though I think that there's much of subjectiveness into the issue myself.

I think that SKILLS-WISE, Mayweather could be the "greatest" but, but, but....as a fighter as a whole, Pacquiao is because of his bravado to challenge the status quo.

But in terms of sweet-science, attributes, skills, heart and all, MUHAMMAD ALI is still the greatest of all time.
