HBO ALWAYS says that it was "plaster-like" substance...I believe Capetillo said that it was used gauze for an injured fighter or something along the lines...they never says it WAS Plaster of Paris.

Well on HBO they said it was calcuim and sulphate (if that's how you spell it) elements to make plaster of paris. I don't know, to be honest. In a way they did ban him for life as of now in california because he's never going to admit to it, and they wont license him until he does. All I know is that there was something in there and obviously wasn't legal, just as titos wraps they weren't legal that's why they were re-wrapped. Almost causing the fight to never happen.
