      Don't really know anything about either fighter and sometimes styles make fights but Hozumi Hasegawa seems to be fighting better competition if boxrec is correct.

          I go with Burgos because he young strong a true feather and Hasegawa broke his jaw last fight and he fought at banta bad opponent for being first fight since his jaw was broken. But Hasegawa still has a chance
