i don't see the point in a rematch, lopez just looked huge next to marquez, not taller, but bigger, younger,he hit harder, just the natural featherweight, but boy did he look tired, wide punches, wobbled with an old guy hitting him,i have a feeling he might fight him again or john, another featherfisted fighter, after the way marquez wobble him,i still have my doubts he'll face gamboa in the summer, they were to supposed to fight this past june. now that he used rafa as a steppinstone and feels because of that victory over a fading fighter he's entitled to a lot more money and ask for a lot and that will be his excuse for avoiding gamboa, just watch, even caballero he'll avoid, caballero is a more attractive fight than john i think,

Marquez was past prime for the first fight, it's not gonna change for the second fight. Other than a few good rounds from Marquez and stunning Lopez[come on, even the untested Bernabe Concepcion knocked down Lopez], Marquez will lose. Prime Marquez either makes it through 12 with no problem or stops Lopez. At first I thought prime Marquez still loses to Lopez, but after seeing the success this 35 year old past prime, battle-worn Marquez did on Saturday, i'm convinced a prime Marquez can stop Lopez.

Fight one of the top 3 Featherweights and stop being a punk dammit.

Credit to Lopez for already stopping a current top 5 FW in De Leon. But there's John, Gamboa, and Caballero, even Elio Rojas. But come on, Marquez again.

Marquez will come back stronger and the rematch will be great.

I can see Lopez beating Caballero and John but I think Gamboa may beat him

Juanma and his promoters, Puerto Rico Best Boxing and Top Rank, are interested in Marquez being the March opponent. They see big dollar signs if the rematch happens in Puerto Rico.

what's the point with a rematch? it's not like it was a close fight. more like a one-sided beating with Marquez on the receiving end of it. are we still choking at the question if Marquez can make it this time to round 10?
