Am I the only one who doesn't think Gamboa is that good?

Why do people have such a hard on for a Gamboa-Lopez fight? Gamboa has looked lame against countless b level fighters. He just doesn't do anything for me. In a lot of ways he throws shoe shine punches like Berto does.

Juanma is a ***** for ducking Caballero but it doesn't bother the Ricans one bit that he ducked Caballero. They'll buy whatever toprank throws at them. They know damn well that Jeff Mayweather and Caballero would make Juanma look like a bum if they ever had the balls to get in the ring against Cab.

Gamboa is not great. He is like Maidana where he is good at one thing and one thing only. Maidana is a heavy handed fighter, while Gamboa has electric speed. I don't even think Gamboa has good pop, he only gets kayos because people don't see the punch coming. Lopez would destroy him.

He is obviously gift. Doesnt really perform like he should, gets too flashy and drops his hands

But maybe the reason people want Juanma-Gamboa is because they are the top 2 in the division, both undefeated and both seen as future stars

So im guessing Juanma wont get credit from you if he beats Gamboa, whats new

I'm not high on Gamboa like I once was. He looks great when he gets the ko. Looks alright when the fight goes the distance. Doesn't seem to have a gameplan either

I honestly don't think Gamboa could of beat Rafa of last night. Lopez isn't a great defensive fighter but he looks like a wizard compared to Gamboa. That shot that Rafa nailed Lopez in round 3(I think) would of knocked Gamboa down. Rafa would of countered Gamboa all night and probably would of knocked him out. Gamboa could never outbox Rafa and he sure in the hell isn't stopping him.
