Prime for prime obviously, at welter weight. Hearns that fought Leonard and, Mosley that fought Delahoya first fight. I think Mosley gets a KO victory what do you think?

Some may disagree but i give Shane a shot because the Hearns that Ray fought was only 144 pounds and a little weight drained. If Shane can survive the early rounds he could possible take it to Tommy the way he did Margarito. -

I don't think Mosley has the right style to get inside Hearns jab and do damage. Mosley isn't exactly slick is he?
Shane has never minded taking a few to get his own work done, but against Hearns that would be his downfall. Hearns is just as quick, a better boxer, has a good height and reach advantage and much more pop in his shots.

Think Forrest but much worse. Hearns has a better jab, he has a better right hand and a better left hook. He's much taller, he's also way faster and has ten times the power. Mosley would get eaten alive by that jab alone.
Mosley needs a guy who he can get inside of and fight better than there. Hearns is a better inside fighter than Mosley and has shorter, sharper, punches inside and is very close to being as fast as Mosley at 147 too.
Hearns wins it easily by decision. It wouldn't be a late KO for Mosley either because Mosley just doesn't have the will or adaptability to come from that far behind to knock him out. He wouldn't be in the fight enough to wear Tommy down. Real bad style match up for Mosley no matter how prime.Comment

The Forrest that fought Shane is actually stronger than 1981 Hearns.
Tommy was weight drained that fight. Ray never fought the 1984 version of Hearns. I think that version puts Shane to sleep, but 1981 im not so sure. Who did Hearns beat in 1979, 1980 that's as good as Shane with some speed?Comment

Drained as Hearns may have been, he was still beating Ray Leonard through 12 rounds, and Leonard was better than Mosley ever was.Comment
