SOOOOOOOooo, since USADA can start and stop at any time they damn well please -- And if it's possible they'll stop testing a few days before the fight OR NOT --

Why didn't Arum and Team Pacquiao jump at the chance to be tested? It's possible, but not guaranteed USADA can stop testing some days before the fight!!!

I don't believe it was USDA decision to stop testing at 18 days before the fight.

the whole drugtest brouhaha of some camps got exposed there.
