More than likely, this means Zab is in good shape and didn't kill himself to get down to 140.

hes done nothing but beat on a bunch of South American journeymen. I mean if there was a bunch of video on this guy ala Valero but there isnt, so what are you all basing your reasoning on? Am I missing something here? Lucas has nothing more than a punchers chance unless he turns out to be the biggest thing from Argentina since Sergio Martinez. Highly unlikely I say...
Well hasn't Judah already lost to a fighter who beat a bunch of South American journeyman?

what has lucas ever done but beat an old, past prime shop worn v harris?

                no, i am seriously asking

i looked and looked for film on this guy and was not impressed by the harris win.

zab has at least been in with world class opposition, mayweather, cotto and kostya

                experience means a great deal

look what bhop does with it in his 40s

                  But, that is B-Hop....

Judah has been with world class opposition but he lost by all the guys you mentioned. And, 2 of them stopped him.

The same thing could have been said about Baldomir before Judah fought him. And, look what happened there.

Not saying that Matthysse would beat Judah. However, I am saying this is Zab Judah that we're talking about. IMO one of the most overrated fighters in the last 10 years. Judah could win this fight and also look impressive but just as easy he can lose this fight in a Zab Judah fashion.

Point taken, even though Baldomir's resume at that point was way better than Mathysse at this point and even included a win over a still undefeated Joshua Clottey. I still say that Zab had an off night during a time he was doing all the wrong things in his carrer. Different situations I believe, this would be more of an upset than when Baldomir beat a unfocused Zab a few years back.
