You are right. Though Tito was never "exposed". He just fought against bigger men and never really carried the kind of power he had at 147.

Tito was more of a showmen , Cotto is business type fighter , meat and potatos kinda guy .

Tito obviously is kinda jealous of cotto , I think its cuz cotto learned a lil english and tito probably wasn't smart enough to do that and broaden his fan base outside of just PR .

With that being said I think tito doesn't like him and the feeling is mutual from cotto
