The sanctioning body of the sport doesn't require the tests, that's the point, only Floyd does. Why would Manny bend over for Floyd if he DOES NOT HAVE TO? It's Floyd who needs the money!

When Pac does take the tests, then they come up with new ones. Then Manny should take those too? Then the next one, then the next one, and the next one? After all, "there are new undetectable peds out there everyday" and Pacquiao seems to have the sole monopoly of it.
