I still dont get why Caballero keeps giving the impression he needs Juanma. He is the more accomplished fighter of the two. Why not go after Chris John or Marquez in the first place?

he has, he is just less vocal about it. he just really, really hates juanma. trust me, he wants it for more than just a payday. john really doesnt have any interest in a fight with him. definitely a bigger risk than he is willing to take. all the haters can say what they want, but the fact that pelenchin is fighting litzau at 130 should show you how hard it is for him to get a fight. he couldnt get anyone at 126.

yea, jeff and pelenchin both said some little dude. but they had no idea if it was a fighter or not. and that is one of the reasons pelenchin was a little reluctant to go after him.

like i said before, he didnt go there to try to start **** necessarily. trust me it wasnt planned. but the site of him brought up the emotions. not everything in boxing is planned. pelenchin is a true warrior, and he really wants this guy. and again, all he did was make a motion in the air like "when are you going to sign the contract?" and then he made fists like he was saying he wants to get in the ring with him. at this point juanma's people started acting ******. the little guy was the one that was acting like an idiot. if he had not, there would never have been a problem. it wasnt like celestino was trying to run on stage. it escalated because of juanma's people.

and also, like i said, another reason he was there was because mickey was there. they are sparring partners and have become pretty close. and what other options do you think he has? if he had so many do you think he would be fighting jason ****ing litzau?

listen he went on youtube and made a whole mini series of insults and even said on one video that juanma is liar and when he sees him he was gonna smack him what the f^ck you thought was gonna happen... Juanma is a ture warrior to and a man... it's just like a b!tch to make threats get smacked and then say we didnt want any trouble they started it...

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^what are you talking about? i said MY wife. and what i meant is that pelenchin does not have a crew here. there arent exactly tons of panamanians here in vegas. the ones that are here are not ezactly the type that are apt to throw down. they are more likely to pick up their kids in mini vans or cook soup. and none of them were there. it was only pelenchin w/ jeff and jt. i was saying that pelenchin didnt say that and the author of the article either cant translate worth a damn or made it up.

also, for those saying he shouldnt have been there. why? a big guy in his division is at a weigh and and he shouldnt go? for one thing, pelenchin was ALSO there because he is friends with Mickey Bey who is on that card. And he wasnt yelling at juanma. as the interview said, he made a few gestures after the weigh in and that is when the little dude went all ape ****

and i wont even bother to respond to the last part because that has been beat to death. there was never a contract offer made to pelenchin for that fight. ever

I will admit that I misread that part, I guess I read to quick and i will edit my post, but the fact and risk towards your wife and the older people is still the same under the hostil environment. He should have not gone there and start what he started (gestures, screaming or whatever he did) with your friends/family close to him. Remember once again it's a hostil environment because of what Caballero himself created.
True that he has all the rights to be there but you need to be careful what you do and where you do it when there are people like, in this case your family and friends with him. That for me is ******.

Caballero is a dangerous fighter for Juanma, i'll be the 1st to admit it and I have nothing against him although I beleive his actions are a bit extreme. When i hear him accepting a 60/40 to fight either Juanma or Gamboa, then I would say the ball is on their court, becasue as you would know Caballero although a good fighter has no fan draw capability.

This leads me to the last stament, true that there was no contract offered because when Marquez got injured for this fight he said that he would replace Marquez, but asked for the same amount of money. Of course he would not get offered a contract he priced himself out of any possibilities.

He can not compare against Marquez business wise. Mexico-Puertorican rivary, plus the Mexico fan base that Marquez will add is much more lucrative than Caballero at this point. Same happened when he bragged in the past that he will fight Juanma even in Puerto Rico, he said it and then said he would ask for x amount of money which business wise is not worth it.

I do give him this, with his actions he is now building and selling the fight, it was just wrong circumstances to do it.

It has been reported that Caballero wasn't looking to start a scuffle. It was Maricon's people who initiated the hostility.
