Well I saw both of them fighting a shot DLH. One of them made him quit. The other one could only pull off a SD. One of them shut DLH down. The other one pot shotted him effectively.

No because eventually will do real damage at some point. Floyd is content to hit and "run" even if the opportunity is there to do damage (see Mosley).

You don't understand. There is a difference to how Manny and Floyd hit and run. Pac does a lot more damage when he does it, and will try to end it if he hurts you.

Floyd is safety first, even when he could do more- that's why he gets criticized.
