It actually tells us that he has quite pleasant fans. The man in the video was speaking a southern dialect of the Philippines, and you could also hear Pacquaio speak it. But from what I can understand from my limited knowledge of the dialect, I think the man introduced himself as a pastor and wished Pacquaio good look by praying for his safety (something like that) to which Pacman replied thanks. * Any help with translation with this to confirm?

But damn, those dudes with the guitar are annoying tho. And for some reason I thought I saw Bobby P. included in that group.
