I think him even comparing his accomplishments to Floyd is arrogant either. If he was comparing to lets say Ali or SRR then we can talk about being arrogant.

Pac has showed arrogance in plenty other circumstances, the man has an ego. But, that is just IMO reaching when talking about his arrogance especially when you can mention other crap he does that is arrogant.
