Lets make NSB Forum the best once again

I have no problem with you rooting for your fighter and defending him but I've been around for a few years now on NSB and I used to come in here a few times a day.

Now I come here once every 3 days because it has become such a child like message board with Mexicans vs PR'cans and insults such as Juan Maricon and Quitto or the PR'cans using the mexican's alien status dilemma as trash talk. Then you also have Pac fans vs Floyd fans. It's ok to not like a fighter but if you're going to do it, do it in a respectful manner and stick to boxing.

Throw out arguments about why he's overrated, he can't punch, he has no chin, etc. But don't play the nationality card or the race card to counter an argument. This forum should be all and only about boxing.

i agree, i actually stopped coming on here all together at one point because of the floyd vs pac thing, it was insane

The level of **** in NSB has no cure. Just kick back and bask on it.

its a hell of a lot better than it was 6 months ago.

There might still be 500 Pac/May threads a day, but at least there are usually quite a lot of other topics on the first page. For a while u were lucky if there was 2 non Pac/May threads

i actually left the espn boxing board due to a lot of the stuff that goes on here now. fake accounts/trolls, the race card, and yes...the pacquiao/mayweather thing. and i apologize for even mentioning those 2 names in this thread

This place does have a unique charm about it although normally contains a fair amount of rubbish threads & posters. Heck I started off as a good poster but went downhill with the site.

I can live with Pac/Floyd threads but the race stuff has to end. I'm from PR and although I obviously pull for my fighters in a fight vs a mexican or any other boxer I don't go on bashing the other guy with personal insults.

Why would I call names and stuff on warriors that I admire like the Marquez brothers or Barrera just because they're mexicans? Can't you admire a guy's ability and sacrifice to give us a war and a great spectacle because he's not from your country? I don't understand the logic of some people

Search IP's for multiple names. Ban all the ALTs. If they keep doing it, ban IP addresses.

I did this at another site where I'm a mod....works wonders.

We started cleaning house pretty quickly and it worked.
