Absolutely. Maidana is a LIVE opponent in the division at the moment, so Khan could make alot of head way winning this fight. If Khan knocks Maidana out then it's going to look more impressive.

There is just no logic in that post what so ever. Maidana isn't going to make Khan quit, but he could possibly knock Khan out. Why is Khan a 'con artist' hasn't he proved he can hang with some decent fighters as of late? Your going to be in for a rude wakening if Khan violates Maidana..

In no way am I saying that a Khan win over Maidana is a definate. Maidana has that punchers chance, as he would against any of the top 140lb fighters.

well it depends on how he won

if he wins with no controversy no BS then yes it's a sterling win against a top notch guy who poses a real threat to Khan in terms of being able to knock him out at any time.

he has not really faced anyone like that since Prescott

I think he will beat Maidana handily. But, does that mean he should be P4P level fighter? No. Be called the best JWW in the world? No.
