The latest, days before he signed the Margarito fight he called out Mayweather and agreed everything to his demand just to see if Mayweather really wants to fight him. Did you hear anything from Floyd? He could call the Pac team/HBO and said "oh its well documented Pac agreed to my demands so let makes this fight now." But sorry to disappoint you. all olympic athletes did all year round testing and thats included the boxers. Olympic only happen every 4 years. Why need for the random test when they can test the athletes few months before the game? Doesn't make sense right?

so what? whatever pac agreed to it was acceptable to floyd's camp. it was good to al haymon that's why him and floyd had a falling out because floyd decided to go on vacation instead. he disregarded haymon's and hbo's effort to make the fight and then lied that there was a 2nd negotiation. he then ran over to don king and even posted their supposed 100 million contract in his facebook account before he realized he can't junk al haymon just like that.
