Margarito's easier to hit than Castillo and slower(although much bigger)...and that was Floyd's first fight against someone who applied that kind of pressure...

Margarito would have to steadily break Floyd down(which would require him landing quite a few punches, Floyd aint Cotto)...and I don't think he would be able to land enuff to do that...

Floyd surely isn't gonna lay on the ropes and let Marg **** away at his ribcage...

I'll tell it from your stance. Ok, say Floyd blocks 15 to 20 shots per round out of the 85 marg threw he landed (not flush, but clean non lethal shots)..
So you're saying the 15 to 20 shots he blocked shjould'nt affect him 6 or 7 rounds in?
Taking bricks to the arms (as you block bricks)
Taking shots to the shoulder (as you block bricks)
Glancing shots off the body (as you block bricks)..

All that blocking bricks would a lot to deal with. Shyt even if you block, it hurts as much as a flush shot.
