Yeah definately a good guy, glad to see he is getting the attention at his gym. Im sure theres alot of good trainers like him out there who care about the community and give back..Roach has his health to worry about and he seems like a ok guy probably comes off ****y & arrogant due to his high profile..then you got trash like Roger Mayweather who beats up on women so breath of fresh air on 24/7 to see Garcia and stuff like this.
