hardest hitting fighter pound for pound in boxing history, respectfully arguable, but as far as i'm concerned , julian jackson is the hardest hitting mother****er in boxing history, pound for pound........

Arguably but a damn good one..... I never saw a fighter that faced him stand and trade early.... Every puch seemed like it had murder on it....

I started watching him a long time before he fought barrera or ledwaba. He was already on his way to becoming a star in philippines, even before he got his first belt.

My first favorite fighter was Livingstone Bramble, i was a kid so that name just sounded BAD AZZ to me.
Ofcourse i remember watching the big wigs like SRL, Hagler, Hearns and so on. But Bramble made me a real fan of the sport. (ABC Wide World Of Sports)....Those were the days man.

He was'nt a super star, nor was he as good as the super stars, but he had heart.
With the crazy braids and that mean looking mug, he was bad azz to me at the time.
He went on to become champ, since then i was hooked.

He whooped Mancini's butt. I knew Mancini very well then because of the Kim accident.



Muhammad Ali was a mega star when i was a kid. I even had an Ali T-Shirt.

but julian jackson had a murderous punch. beyond the harol graham fight, his fight with ismael negron is exactly what you want your fighter to do when the guy in front of him doesn't belong there.

watch it and love it, it's pure, no wasting time, seek and destroy, devastation........

as much as i love joe louis barrows, i think jackson has him on the power. both had suspect chins though.......

But the fighters that got me hooked were Bernard Hopkins, Roy Jones Jr, and Erik Morales.

yeah I know, i'm a fan all the ATGs, and I watch their fights and read up on them if I have time, but I'm just saying Pacquiao is what got me started, and I've been a boxing fan ever since I was a kid.
