Comments Thread For: Chris John-Fernando Saucedo Set For 12/3 in Jakarta

The WBA's featherweight champion in recess, Chris John (43-0, 22KOs) will make his long awaited return on December 3 against Fernando Saucedo (38-4, 1KOs). The fight will happen at the Ritz Carlton in Jakarta, Indonesia. Due to illness and injury, John has been out of the ring since the September 2009 decision win over Rocky Juarez. John is the "super champion in recess" at featherweight, with Yuriorkis Gamboa being the "regular" super champion at featherweight.

Lol. So just because he's fighting off HBO that gives him an excuse to take a total gimme title defense? I don't like Juan Ma, but I think he should be ranked over John.
