1 - If you're declaring bankrupcy, your creditors have the authority of court to freeze your assets (excluding real estate) I'm talking about your bank account.

In other words you can't have 10 mil in your bank and go bankrupt. The court will make you pay your creditors first

2 - You owe IRS, you go to jail and not the european vacations as you put it.
