The answer is: Because Mosely though already admitted to cheating was never caught by the current commissions testing procedures. Therefore Team Pac would NEVER request for better testing for Mosely if they were to ever fight since they are okay with the current testing procedures.

If Mosely was required to take stricter testing then Pac would have to too.

Under current testing for a fight with Manny, Mosely could juice it up to possibly win the non in-house fight and Pac couldn't say boo about it. That is part of the reason Roach told Mosely when he asked to fight Pac twice. "You're too good Shane. You're not Oscar."

I can't say in comparison to Margo but all I can say is that Mosley must have known. To make sure that PEDs is masked properly, they would need to alert Mosley. Plus, how can someone just give a guy these drugs without letting them know?

Yeah that's why there's a video of Roach admitting they weren't willing to fight Mosley unless he drained himself to 143 and when Mosley said "you fought Oscar at 147". roach said, "You're not Oscar" Pure ducking.

Yeah now he might fight Mosley, key word being 'might', because he's looked bad in his last 2 fights, whereas when they ducked him, he had beaten the poop out of margarita...catch the drift??
