1 - Loosing UD to washed off Holyfield, who then lost to Byrd, come on, it's Byrd! Holy's losses followed by Toney and Donald... and THE ROCK with all of his KO power couldn't do what Toney-The Middleweight did. I just don't get it..
2 - A Draw with Tua? Come on.. Tua is a KO boxer, If he doesn't knock the **** out of you, how do you let Tua outbox you at least to a draw. This also says something about Rock's boxing skills.
3 - But a draw to Tua is not nearly as bad as a loss to Ruiz! I'm not even gonna comment on this one.

well, the loss to holyfield was a technical decision due to a LARGE swelling over rahman's eye. and the draw with tua was sort of a bull**** decision, most observers though rahman won. but aside from that, you are 100% correct.
