I think at least it's a sign that Bute wants to go where the competition is and the people making conspiracy theories about how he wants to be a paper champ in Canada will be somewhat deflated.
It's a 3-fight deal. Say he ends up fighting the top emergents of the Super Six, which seems to be falling apart anyway, so maybe sooner than we think.
A lot of p4p lists already rank him top 10, it would only take one convincing win against a super 6 guy to make that position indisputable. This would also make up for the whole Dirrell situation.
