Then he would get stopped on his feet. If Cotto didn't take a knee he would have been punched to the ground or the ref would have waved the fight off.

Easily. People act as if Pac is a master of defense, he's got none, his in & out quickness takes him off harms way at times and that's it. Margarito needs to put in work early, sap some of the quickness out of Manny and the KO will come mid to late in the fight, guaranteed.
