I kind of disagree with the fact that it will be in PR again. It should be in Seguras home teritory, but hes down for it so I guess its not an issue for him. He must not be worried at all about the outcome. I hope Ivan can get the win, but I dont see it happening.

Why...? I mean, I guess anything could happen but this is one of those fights where I thought the result was pretty clear - and wouldn't change in a rematch. Props to Calderon though; he's a warrior.

I don't know - it seems Calderon just can't move as quickly anymore. He started slowing down EARLY in the first fight.

We all have to admit Calderon is showing a lot heart by fighting Segura again. However, you're delusional. What makes you think Segura is going to slow down? On the first fight, Calderon used the entire ring and Segura could have kept his pace for the entire fight. As much difference there is in footwork and general boxing abilities, Calderon has nothing that can hurt Segura. Calderon won't make it to the Championship rounds.

Calderon had all the advantages (home fight, 24' ring). Not sure how you think it will be different. I bet its a standard 20' ring this time which is bad news for Calderon. This fight is similar to Juanma-Marquez in that Segura is young and has his legs and Calderon has a lot of mileage. Lopez is young and fresh and Marquez has the mileage. The styles are different but circumstances are close.

Maybe in an ideal world, but my guess is that Calderon's popularity means that the live gate will bring more money in Puerto Rico than in Mexico.

Let me also say, I love the Gonzalez fight, too. My question is how much longer Segura can make 108.

no can do, imagine a fight in Mexico or even in Vegas......poor midget would get killed!

Funny how the mentality of Calderun fans changed toward Segura.
