Just re-watched Diaz vs JMM 2...

And I must say...The Baby Bull is not done! He did not look shot and he recovered from some good punches landed by Marquez damn well. Marquez' face showed damage. Now before you ****s roll in with insults and crap, let me say this...JMM is a master boxer who fought brilliantly, Diaz just did wrong by trying to outbox a great boxer when he himself is a brawler...props to JMM though, he beat Juan Diaz but I disagree with people saying Diaz is done and that he's shot. I can see him going on and give us a few more wars, I got a lot of respect for him and Marquez.

Honestly...I think Diaz' performance has a lot to do with Marquez slowing down.

Could be, but JMM looked like his regular self.

I'm not sure wether he is shot or not, I just think he did his best to last 12 rounds against JMM. JMM is a great boxer, but if Diaz would have brawled with him again he would have been stopped again IMHO. I like the baby bull, i enjoy his style, but i think he suffers from the same weakness as Cotto; he takes a lot of shots to the chin and sooner or later, it crumbles.

Too bad Diaz doesn't have Pop. Or else he would've been a bad-ass motherphucker!

I think diaz fought not to get knocked out.

I also don't think he has the heart of a true champion, because he has options outside of the ring.

That's what I gathered when I watched that fight high as fuuck (normally don't smoke). It just seemed clear to me then that Diaz knows inside he has a career waiting for him outside of boxing and because of that, he's not going to let it all out in the ring anymore. And why should he?
