he hasnt left germany since he got screwed by Oscar, so it would cost a fair bit for him to go to the states to fight. He can make good money in germany without going abroad, so he'd need to be offered more money than HBO or showtime would be willing to pay (bearing in mind Williams, Martinez and Pavlik would need a good chunk of change for that fight too), and he's not ppv material.

Nah, He's done with Universum and promoting himself now. But that was the reason why he had the huge 14 month layoff, they had to sort out the whole thing in court. He will unify soon enough but he will proberbly have to fight either Gennady Golovkin or Hassan N'dam Jikam first. Both of whom have are ranked highly by the WBA. The reason he stays in Germany is because he is very popular and can command more money than in the U.S. But i'm sure he will go back to America soon enough.
