Vs men boxers in the ring...Not really. Men are just too strong and built better for fighting. I mean, maybe the odd really good woman boxer would handle a poor male fighter, but you also gotta remember the standard for women is lower seeing as they have less competition to sharpen their skills against.

Against a man in a streetfight, a good woman boxer would probably be able to thrash a few men, but a decent streetfighter would probably be too much, even if he isn't a boxer, just because women aren't as strong or durable and built for fighting.

Possible, but unlikely. Realistically, it depends on the skills involved. However, if the guy isn't too overly matched, he's always going to end up being able to hurt her. Most likely, pretty badly.
