Top rank just signed him to feed him to one of their upcoming prospects.

Seriously, Ndlovu again? I was at the first fight and it was good, they were ranked 8 and 9 by the Ring in the JF division, but three times? After the first fight he was on a roll but then he fought sub-par opponents until he got beat.

            New Beginning for Steve

Steve Molitor has the tools. He has great quickness and a good defence. When he opens up, he has great combinations. He compensates for his lack of power through his great timing and accuracy.

Caballero exposed Molitor's weakness - lack of offence. Caballero launched an all out attack knowing that very little will come back at him. He was absolutely right, and destroyed Molitor in a couple of rounds.

Molitor has to change his approach by maximizing his capabilities. Again, he has the quickness and great combinations, but he has to use them for offence. So often I have seen Molitor make opponents miss, but doesn't make them pay enough.

Maybe this change will give him a fresh perspective and may inject more aggression to his game. It's time for the "Canadian Kid" to grow up, rename and reinvent himself.

            Good Luck Steve!

Really sad that the IBF is forcing Molitor to fight Ndlovu again by repeatedly putting Ndlovu in winnable eliminators. Kind of what the IBF does with South Africans at junior lightweight. Wonder if they are hoping to eventually lure Molitor to S. Africa for a defense.
Molitor is a good boxer and he seems like he could be a belt-holder a long time as long as he doesn't step up against another champion or a big-hitting contender. Can't see him ever winning a big-time fight.

Seems like they wanna use him like they did Luevano at 126. Keep him as champ untill a young fighter needs a world title and feed him in.

I am a Molitor fan so I am hoping he will upset the applecart once they put him in with either Vasquez Jr or Ridondeaux.
