How do u know that? If the fight is such easy work for Pac he would've took it by now, that's his MO as of late. He knows JMM provides stylistic matchup problems that's why he's running from him.

You said Floyd doesn't make the rules, but those rules they agreed to the 2nd time around was his rules. So that **** dont make sense. I can easily switch it up and say Arum never wanted the fight the first time nor the 2nd time around... and we all know he call the shots. Looking for any reason to cancel negotiations
