Wifebeater Jr knew that Pacquiao agreed completely to take the random test, he backed out of the fight just like he did in their first negotiation. Last week, we found out that it was Wifebeater Jr who wanted a seven days cutoff.

In fairness, Floyd is more of a welterweight champ than Pac, he won the wba belt off Mosley (just chose not to pay sanctioning fee) which was a more legit title than paper wbo one Pac got off Cotto.Comment

To this day, I don't know why he wanted to take some more time off. Only Floyd has that answer. I certainly don't have that answer. But, you know, it was very close. It was so, so, close.
