Tony's always thrown that hook to the body, aside from his right upper, the left to the body has always been his go-to punch. But yeah, he is looking awful strong.

Cotto stopped throwing left hooks to the body since Margarito. Only time he threw one again was against a one legged fighter in Yuri Foreman.

he threw them...they just werent effective against fighters with their guards low....like clottey, pac and tony

Yeah the things that make this fight a bit tough for Pac is Tony's body work (Pac always seemed to hate it when people go to his body) and Tony's height witch may take some of the pop off of Pac punches. I still think worst case scenario for Pac is he will go in and out like in the Oscar fight if it gets too rough and win a UD.

Yup, he KO'ed Cintron with it. And he probably saw when Marquez hurt Pacquiao with the left downstairs.
