Am I the only one that finds this fight highly unpredictable? I really wonder how the both of them have adjusted since the first fight.

I don't see what could go so differently that either man would do much better than they did the first time. Both fought pretty much their best that night, maybe they are more prepared this time but it's a matter of styles.

The only way Paul wins easier is if he has some secret ability to box he's developed and Sergio is in worse shape. The only way Sergio wins and wins easy is if Paul fights tentative or scared, which he never does.
