I know this wasn't directed at me but:

How can fighting at 147 be an advantage for Marquez and Hatton and not for Floyd? Floyd was the bigger man, had the record at WW to prove he belongs there and those other guys had fought just one very average fight at WW COMBINED!!!

What made your comment stand out is that you actually called out the other guy, as you did, as though you are so sure of your statement.

I think he will go back to WW. Pac is to small to fight at 154lbs., which is one of many reasons the Magarito fight is so ******. Besides, there are no viable options for Pac at 154lbs. sans Williams and Martinez and I doubt he fights either one. Pac also won't fight Yuri Foreman because he's "too tall" lol. If Pac fights Cotto again at 154lbs. I'll just smh!

For Floyd fans, it really doesn't take much to fuel something.

Manny's team were hoping to use the Margo fight as a stepping stone to possibly fight some of the other big names at 154 ... but as training camp progressed they realized that it was a hard task for the 5'6" Manny to fight those bigger guys and to feel comfortable at those heavier divisions. You need to know your limit and they appear to be stating it.

This can change after the fight especially if Floyd remains on vacation and they don't have anyone notable to fight at 147. Time will tell.

It seems more like Manny, or rather his advisors, are trying to prove that if Floyd can do it at 154 and capture a title, so can he. It merely adds more fuel to the controversy.

After the way Foreman performed against Cotto, I'm betting Freddie is shaking his head wondering 'what could've been'.

So you're saying mid-way into training camp they were having regrets about picking a fight at 150? That's only 3 lbs. north of 147. Why would that be cause for concern?

According to Cheato's weigh in on the 24/7 episode he was 158. He still has to drop 8lbs in 2 weeks.
