I'm American but you know when America dominated the HW division? When they were fighting other Americans. Just like the Brits are living in a bubble pretending Audley Harrison is a "huge matchup".

Eddie Chambers, and he would do a number on Haye. Of course, Haye would never fight an even remotely dangerous HW, and I can't blame him, when he struggled against Valuev it showed how limited Haye is
