    Haye/Harrison : Boxing is a business guys.

The fight is a joke on the world stage, but in England it is the biggest british matchup since Lennox Lewis / Frank Bruno. I don't know what the split is, but assuming Haye's getting the lions share of the money, he stands a good chance to make just as much/even more money fighting Audley than Wlad or Vitali. Is it fair? is life fair?

I mean, this thing could do a million PPVs in ****ing england. ENGLAND.

Is it a mismatch? Yes. Is it a fight a ****load of brits, boxing fans or not, are willing to pay for? Yes.

If dude is really about to retire, it's definitely in his interest to make this fight. You guys know I'm no Haye fan, I ****ing bought the $25 PPV of Klitschko/Sosnowski, but boxing is a business.

    Sorry you guys are mad.

people on this site are dumb, they dont understand the concept of business sense.

Lets see if Haye and Harrison both think it's a ****** fight when they walk away several MILLION POUNDS UP after a max of 36 mins work

....and Klitschko/Sosnowski was a good fight?

The British public wants Haye/Harrison so that's whats happening. Klitscho/Haye will happen when someone gives in. Just like Pacquiao/Mayweather.

This is how life works. Maybe you should stick to the fantasy fight forums?

I guess I don't nuthug enough for posters on this site....

Klitschko/Sosnowski would have never happened if Haye had the testicles to fight Vitali.

No one even considered the possibility of this fight until the rumours started emerging. The only reason it'll sell is because of the Sky Sports hype machine, which could sell absolutely any fight involving a Brit.

Great post. All these people complaining about the fight would do exactly the same as Haye if they were in his position.

                  youre right its business

but how on earth does that mean we should pretend to be excited? or pretend haye isnt a laughing stock giving interviews every week about how the klitschkos fight "old bums" when he fights ruiz then audley

guess im failing to see your point

and i recall the british boxing media laughing at an audely fight saying it would be a huge step backwards, but as soon as the fight was signed it became "what people want"

then again this is the same country with journalists saying after beating ruiz haye is in a league with ali and marciano........... lmfao

its very easy to get those chavs excited about anything
