Before the Martinez fight was made PWill wanted a fight at 147 but no one wanted to accept the challenge. Pac didn't want to fight him then and I believe he will never want to fight him. I would venture to say that if the Maywweather fight is not made, Pac's next fight will be against Cotto, not a live body like PWill, Berto or the winner of Bradley/Alexander.

This is a fight that no matter who win's or looses,(because of the quality of fighters Martinez & Williams are)they are both still going to be considered top of the line fighters & are still going to be heading to big fights in the future...Comment

SENILE Arum is an IDIOT!!! His GREEDY SENILE ASS just wants to keep all the $$$ & the fighters & wants to keep "Top Rank" fighters fighting each other(in house fights) so he never looses & will always have a champ on his stable...At the post fight press conference after Cotto beat Foreman a reporter suggested that Cotto's next fight be against Martinez & SENILE Arum said that "Martinez ISN'T that interesting of a fighter & he DEFINITELY AIN'T PPV material, MAYBE someday he will be BUT NOT RIGHT NOW!!!" & then went on to say "I have a fighter that is exciting & DEFINITELY IS PPV material & that is Julio Cesar Chavez jr!"........What a ***ing MORON!!! ¿WHO IS HE TRYING TO FOOL? Chavez jr will NEVER BE NOT EVEN 1/2 the fighter Martinez or Williams are!! Senile Arum's attitude is what's ruining big fights from getting done & it's ruining boxing in general!!Comment

greenburg came across as an idiot by saying the loser of this fight is going nowhere. Couldnt be further from the truthComment

there is no reason for this rematch,none...it wasn't a controversial fight,it wasn't a close fight,it wasn't a competetive fight,if it was none of these, then whats the point? i know we have rematches like martinez/williams,but that fight was close, competetive fight,,,,there was vazquez/marquez another close fight and competetive, there have been rematches with controversy, but this fight? it wasn't close,no controversy and definitley not competitive, cotto was running to survive,no point in another fight....but looking at manny's recent selection of opponents, the way he chooses them,it won't surprise me he fight him againComment

I'm pretty sure he meant the loser won't be going anywhere as in he'll still be relevant. That meaning is clear from the sentence that follows that comment.Comment
