the fact they didn't test after 18 days, isn't a cut off. If it was a cut off, then both fighter would have been aware and agreed upon it. USADA chose to stop testing, but both fighter fully expected to be tested at any point.

I can't imagine your IQ level considering that you and many other *******s refuse to learn the meaning of "random".
