He would gain some things. For one he's always said that he really wants to fight in the UK and secondly I think he would enjoy destroying another fighter managed by Freddie Roach and Alex Ariza. Both of whom have disrespected Floyd alot recently. Even though they have seen how good he is in the ring many times. Ariza was Diego Corrales nutritionist when Floyd compeltely wrecked Diego and Roach was training Oscar De La Hoya when Floyd beat him.

Isn't it kind of ironic how when people talk about Floyd's drug testing demands. Most fighters just say "Fine i'll take whatever test he wants because I know i'm clean". Amir Khan, Timothy Bradley, Shane Mosley and Sergio Martinez have all said this. Yet when Pacquiao is asked he makes a million different excuses not to take the test. And most of them don't even make sense. "Blood test weakens me mentally". lol. How the hell would a blood test weaken you mentally? Physically maybe. But not mentally.
