No way. The news say he can't even freakin go up to 147.
So this Pac-Williams prognostications makes no sense to me.
This is like watching Bruce Lee and Abdul Jabarr in Game of Death.

Nobody cared then ,,, people took notice when Manny ran from the testing , anybody else would have just blown it off and said sure thing , test no problems I will take it out on you in the ring ,,, but not Manny , he wants to dilute the test .

He is literally the only one in the history of boxing to do this. Not even Ray Robinson, Leonard, Mosley, Roy Jones, etc could do it. U have to admit, it may not be roids, but it's has to be some kinda special vitamins or something.

Now for anyone to sit there and say that he ABSOLUTELY IS on roids, they're just hating. But it's the same kinda people that think Floyd beat his x-gf, and that Tyson ****d that woman, and that Michael Jackson touched those kids. They don't know, it's non of their business, why not wait till the evidence pops up.
But Pac HASN'T retained all his speed and power. Pac is clearly slower than he was at 126 or 130, both his handspeed and footspeed. He is still so incredibly fast looking because he is fighting guys that are so much slower.

And Pac's power is clearly on a lesser level. At lower weights Pac was lifting guys off the mat with punches and had that one punch KO power, other than Hatton, who walked into a perfect shot, Pac hasn't shown anywhere near the power he had at lower weights. He beat on Diaz for 9 rounds and never put him down, De La Hoya for 8 rounds and never put him down, Cotto was down twice but both were great shots that Cotto didn't see coming and walked into, Clottey was never hurt, and Margarito won't go down.

I won't say there's no way Pac is using PEDs, because there's no one you can say is 100% clean, but there's nothing there to suggest Pac is using anything. You would think if someone as high profile and with such a constantly large entourage as Pac has was using PEDs, someone would be telling someone, and nothing like that exists.

Minus the name calling of anyone who defends a fighter (*****/*******), I'm one who thinks Pac has dabbled in PED's. And it didn't take Floyd Sr or anyone else to convince me. When Pac fought Diaz is when I would "assume" he started. When Floyd went on the PED campaign, I truly believe Arum started setting up tomato cans to see how Pac looks in the ring minus the PED's. Which explains the ebb and flow of Pac's career. Prior to Diaz, he had flash knockdown power (fast punches you don't see coming) which explains why Marquez got floored 3 times in a round and never looked like he was gone and why Morales just sat there waiting to be counted out with all his bearings intact. Fast forward to Diaz, Hatton, and Cotto and he's completely disconnecting these guys from their senses. His habits also changed. You go from legendary workout sessions in camp leading into every fight to now sleeping thru workouts, reflexes shot in all the sparring sessions for this fight, etc. Now I don't think he's on steroids, but I do believe he was on some type of EPO or edurance performaning agent prior to the drums being beat about testing. I honestly think he's off of them because they can't risk him testing positive for anything. We all know Margarito is a limited but tough customer, but I'm willing to bet Pac doesn't look spectacular at all. In fact, I believe the "unfocused" angle is smoke and mirrors for the real reason for Pac camps not being like the previous ones.

I could've sworn Williams was a name thrown out there for Floyd. And spare me the he can't make 147 crap. He walked into some of his lower weight fights rehydrated at damn near 145. Unless you have different (i.e. lower) expectations for the FOTD than you do with a lower tiered fighter like Floyd.....
